The Vastex LittleRed X3D is a multi-purpose DTG-capable infrared dryer engineered to cure direct-to-garment prints, plastisol, water-based, discharge, and DTF adhesives at higher rates than conventional designs. Precision Thermal Profiling (PTP) matches cure conditions to each ink type — including difficult inkjet-printed white. Standard 550 CFM targeted exhaust, dual digital PID control, and dwell times from 30 seconds to 8 minutes. Sized to keep pace with Kornit DTG printers and high-capacity automatic presses.

Closely-spaced coils deliver high-density, medium-wavelength infrared heat — the wavelength range best absorbed by screen-printing inks. Raises the ink temperature directly, not the air, for the fastest cure without cold spots or under-curing.
15-Year Heater Warranty
Every Vastex heater carries an industry-leading 15-year warranty — the longest warranty in the industry. Vastex has been designing and building infrared dryers in Bethlehem, PA since 1960.
Digital PID Control ±1°F
Vastex’s PID temperature controller is accurate to ±1°F — repeatable cures shift after shift, day after day. Essential for consistent cure on water-based, discharge, and DTG inks where the temperature window is narrow and under-curing shows up fast.
Teflon-Coated Fiberglass Belt
Industry-standard Teflon-coated fiberglass conveyor belt shrugs off ink drips, solvent splashes, and years of hard use. Replacement belts are in-stock and ship same day.
