Use alone for ink and haze removal, or combine with Part C Emulsion Remover for a complete ink-and-emulsion simultaneous removal solution that dramatically reduces reclaim labor in high-volume environments.

How to Use ECO-STRIP® Part A
For ink and haze removal only, use Part A neat or diluted per equipment manufacturer recommendations in your dip tank or recirculating system.
Standard dilution: Add 1 quart of Part C Emulsion Remover to 30 gallons of Part A. Stir to combine. Then add 69.75 gallons of water and stir again for a uniform solution.
Fill your inline reclaim machine or dip tank with the prepared solution per equipment instructions.
Run screens through the system. Both ink and emulsion are removed simultaneously when using the Part A + Part C formulation.
Rinse thoroughly with high-pressure water to remove all chemistry and dissolved residue from mesh.
Follow with a screen degreaser before coating for best emulsion adhesion.
