Standard Mix Ratio

30 gal Part A + 1 qt Part C + 69.75 gal water = 100-gallon working solution. Mix Part A and Part C first, then add water.

What Part C Does

Part C is the emulsion removal component. Without it, Part A handles only ink degradation. Together they create a complete one-step reclaim chemistry.

Low-Foam Advantage

Foam can damage pump seals and clog recirculating systems. Part C’s low-foam formulation protects your equipment and maintains consistent flow rates.

APEO & NPEO Free

Part C contains no alkylphenol ethoxylates (APEO or NPEO) — surfactants associated with environmental and toxicity concerns. A cleaner formulation for modern shops.

💡 Part A Required

Part C is the emulsion component of a two-part system. It requires CCI Part A (sold separately) for a complete working reclaim solution. Part C alone is not a standalone reclaim chemistry.

M&R Eco-Tex (Lite, Standard & Modular)

The M&R Eco-Tex systems use a dedicated emulsion removal module (Module 2) where emulsion remover chemistry is applied and recirculated. Part C’s low-foam formulation is critical here — foam can interfere with the spray nozzles and pumps in these enclosed automated modules.

CCI DST-1 / DST-2 Dip’N Strip® Tanks

CCI’s dip tanks are engineered around CCI chemistry. When combined with Part A in the standard dilution, Part C creates the complete working solution used to simultaneously strip ink and emulsion in CCI’s own dip tank systems.

Lawson Ajax In-Line Screen Reclaimer

Lawson’s inline reclaim system uses separate ink removal and emulsion removal chemistry streams. Part C’s compatibility with recirculating pump systems and its low-foam properties make it suited for this type of equipment.

Other Inline & Recirculating Reclaim Systems

Any recirculating automatic reclaim system with a dedicated emulsion removal module can use Part C. Low-foam is a non-negotiable requirement for these systems — foam causes pump damage and spray nozzle clogging. Part C’s APEO/NPEO-free formula also reduces environmental impact from recirculated chemistry.
