CCI Part C Emulsion Remover – For Automatic Screen Reclamation Systems
Printers Choice
CCI Part C Emulsion Remover is the emulsion removal component of CCI’s professional two-part automatic screen reclaim system. Designed for use with CCI ECO-STRIP® Part A, Part C creates a stable 2-in-1 solution that removes ink and emulsion simultaneously in automatic inline reclaim machines, recirculating systems, and dip tanks. Its high-solvency, low-foam formula instantly breaks down photopolymer, diazo, and capillary film emulsions without excessive scrubbing — even in high-volume production environments. Non-flammable, non-hazardous, biodegradable, and APEO/NPEO-free.
Price range: $49.99 through $919.99
Description
Automatic Emulsion Removal. Low-Foam. Machine-Ready.
CCI Part C is the emulsion component in the ECO-STRIP® 2-in-1 reclaim system. Combine 1 quart of Part C with 30 gallons of Part A and 69.75 gallons of water for a complete working solution that strips ink and emulsion from mesh simultaneously — no separate emulsion removal step required. Low-foam chemistry keeps reclaim machines running smoothly in high-volume environments.
Why High-Volume Shops Choose CCI Part C
⚙️
Built for Automatic Systems
High-solvency, low-foam formula is specifically engineered for inline reclaim machines and recirculating washout systems. Low foam prevents pump clogs and keeps automated equipment running efficiently.
🔗
2-in-1 with Part A
Combine with ECO-STRIP® Part A to create a complete working solution that removes ink and emulsion simultaneously. Eliminates the need for a separate emulsion removal step.
🧬
All Emulsion Types
Instantly breaks down photopolymer, diazo, and capillary film emulsions. High solvency removes tough emulsion residue quickly without excessive scrubbing or extended soak times.
🌿
Environmentally Responsible
Non-flammable, non-hazardous, biodegradable, and drain-safe (verify local regulations). Free of APEO and NPEO surfactants — a responsible choice for modern screen printing operations.
How to Mix and Use the Part A + Part C System
You need CCI Part A (30 gallons), CCI Part C (1 quart), water (69.75 gallons), clean labeled mixing vessels, and measuring utensils.
Measure 30 gallons of Part A into a clean container. Slowly pour 1 quart of Part C into the Part A. Stir thoroughly until fully combined.
Slowly add 69.75 gallons of water to the Part A + Part C mixture. Stir again until evenly distributed. The standard solution is now ready.
Fill your inline reclaim machine, dip tank, or recirculating system with the prepared solution per equipment manufacturer instructions.
Run screens through the system. Ink and emulsion are both removed simultaneously in one pass.
High-pressure rinse both sides of each screen to remove all dissolved residue and chemistry.
ECO-STRIP® System Reference
Standard Mix Ratio
30 gal Part A + 1 qt Part C + 69.75 gal water = 100-gallon working solution. Mix Part A and Part C first, then add water.
What Part C Does
Part C is the emulsion removal component. Without it, Part A handles only ink degradation. Together they create a complete one-step reclaim chemistry.
Low-Foam Advantage
Foam can damage pump seals and clog recirculating systems. Part C’s low-foam formulation protects your equipment and maintains consistent flow rates.
APEO & NPEO Free
Part C contains no alkylphenol ethoxylates (APEO or NPEO) — surfactants associated with environmental and toxicity concerns. A cleaner formulation for modern shops.
Important Notes
⚠️ Freight Shipping
CCI Part C ships from the manufacturer and may add transit time. Shipping weight is approximately 500 lbs. Contact us at (512) 454-0505 before ordering to confirm freight logistics.
💡 Part A Required
Part C is the emulsion component of a two-part system. It requires CCI Part A (sold separately) for a complete working reclaim solution. Part C alone is not a standalone reclaim chemistry.
♻️ Drain-Safe
Biodegradable and drain-safe when used as directed. Verify your local municipal wastewater regulations before discharge.
Compatible Automatic Screen Reclaiming Systems
CCI Part C is the emulsion removal component designed for the same professional automatic screen reclaiming systems that use ECO-STRIP® Part A for ink removal. Its low-foam, high-solvency formula meets the specific requirements of recirculating emulsion removal modules.
M&R Eco-Tex (Lite, Standard & Modular)
The M&R Eco-Tex systems use a dedicated emulsion removal module (Module 2) where emulsion remover chemistry is applied and recirculated. Part C’s low-foam formulation is critical here — foam can interfere with the spray nozzles and pumps in these enclosed automated modules.
CCI DST-1 / DST-2 Dip’N Strip® Tanks
CCI’s dip tanks are engineered around CCI chemistry. When combined with Part A in the standard dilution, Part C creates the complete working solution used to simultaneously strip ink and emulsion in CCI’s own dip tank systems.
Lawson Ajax In-Line Screen Reclaimer
Lawson’s inline reclaim system uses separate ink removal and emulsion removal chemistry streams. Part C’s compatibility with recirculating pump systems and its low-foam properties make it suited for this type of equipment.
Other Inline & Recirculating Reclaim Systems
Any recirculating automatic reclaim system with a dedicated emulsion removal module can use Part C. Low-foam is a non-negotiable requirement for these systems — foam causes pump damage and spray nozzle clogging. Part C’s APEO/NPEO-free formula also reduces environmental impact from recirculated chemistry.
⚙️ Equipment Compatibility Note
Always follow your reclaim system manufacturer’s dilution guidelines. The standard ECO-STRIP® ratio (30 gal Part A + 1 qt Part C + 69.75 gal water) is a starting point — your equipment manufacturer may recommend adjustments. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Can Part C be used without Part A?
No. Part C is the emulsion removal component of a two-part system and must be combined with CCI ECO-STRIP® Part A to create a complete working reclaim solution. Part C alone does not function as a standalone reclaim chemistry.
What is the mix ratio for the working solution?
The standard working solution is 30 gallons of Part A + 1 quart of Part C + 69.75 gallons of water, totaling approximately 100 gallons. Mix Part A and Part C first, then add water and stir thoroughly.
What emulsion types does Part C remove?
Part C removes photopolymer, diazo, and capillary film emulsions when used in the Part A + Part C working solution.
Why is the low-foam formula important?
Foam in recirculating reclaim systems can damage pump seals, clog lines, and reduce flow efficiency. Part C’s low-foam formulation protects equipment and maintains consistent system performance in high-volume production.
How does Part C ship?
Part C ships from the manufacturer and may add transit time compared to in-stock items. Shipping weight is approximately 500 lbs and requires freight shipping. Call us at (512) 454-0505 before ordering to confirm shipping logistics and timing.
Is CCI Part C compatible with M&R Eco-Tex systems?
Yes. Part C is designed for automatic reclaim systems like the M&R Eco-Tex family. The Eco-Tex Module 2 applies emulsion remover chemistry via recirculating pumps and spray nozzles — Part C’s low-foam, high-solvency formula is specifically suited for this application. Always confirm dilution with your equipment documentation.
Why is low-foam chemistry required for automatic reclaim systems?
Foam in recirculating systems blocks spray nozzles, damages pump seals, and reduces flow consistency — all of which disrupt the automated reclaim cycle. Part C’s low-foam detergent system allows it to run through recirculating pumps and spray nozzles without causing equipment problems, which is why it’s specified for systems like the M&R Eco-Tex.
